Over the years, I have learned something very important:

Skills can be taught.

Experience can be accumulated.

But初心 — the original heart and dedication — cannot be forced.

Some caregivers continue to work with humility and responsibility year after year.

They treat every newborn with care, every mother with respect, and every contract with commitment.

Their mindset does not change when experience grows or income increases.

Others may start strong but slowly lose that mindset.

Confidence becomes complacency.

Experience becomes pride.

And the small details that matter most begin to fade.

This work is not easy.

It is 24-hour live-in responsibility.

No weekends. No true days off.

Consistency matters more than credentials.

Professionalism is not defined by education level.

It is defined by attitude, accountability, and the willingness to keep learning.

As a team, we move forward with those who maintain their初心.

Because in newborn care, heart matters more than anything else.
