In June, I made the decision to let go of Guizhou A Yi (Lyu A Yi), as I believe she is no longer qualified to continue working in this field.
1. She is no longer physically capable of properly holding or caring for a newborn.
2. She is years old, and her energy and stamina have significantly declined.
3. She spoke loudly on the phone while the baby was sleeping, despite being reminded about appropriate behavior.
4. She attempted to take one of my clients for private work without permission, which is a serious violation of trust.
5. I received four separate client complaints regarding her service, including concerns about her attitude, work ethic, and professionalism.
6. She failed to follow basic instructions and did not respect house rules while on the job.
Although she worked with us for two yea, I must prioritize the safety and well-being of the families we serve. As the agency owner, it is my responsibility to maintain high standards, and I can no longer allow someone who does not meet those standards to remain on my team.
This was not an easy decision, but it was necessary to protect the integrity of our service and the trust of our clients.
