Finding the right postpartum nanny is an important decision for every family. With over 20 years of experience in newborn and postpartum care, I personally help families find caregivers who match their needs and preferences.

I carefully review each nanny’s experience, personality, childcare skills, and ability to provide quality newborn care.

I personally coordinate and assist with interviews, allowing families to ask questions and learn more about each caregiver before making a decision.

Some of our experienced nannies speak limited English. During the interview, I help facilitate communication so both the family and nanny can understand each other’s expectations.

The final decision is always made by the family. My goal is to help parents feel comfortable and confident when choosing someone to care for their newborn
